Refund Policy

  1. Full Refunds
    • Full refunds are available only if a written request is submitted within 3 days of enrollment.
    • Requests must include your enrollment details and be directed to our support team at support@codoacademy.com.
  2. No Refunds After Issuance
    • Once a refund has been processed or the stipulated refund period (5 days from enrollment) has passed, no further refunds will be issued for any reason, including for services already provided.
  3. Student-Initiated Cancellations
    • If a student cancels their enrollment for personal reasons, the course fee is non-refundable.
  4. Course Cancellations by CODO Academy
    • In the event that CODO Academy cancels a course, enrolled students will receive a full refund of their course fees.
  5. Non-Refundable Fees
    • Fees related to course materials, software, or other third-party products required for the course are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  6. Payment Completion Requirement
    • Students must complete the full course fee payment within the specified tenure of the classes.
    • Failure to process the remaining payment will result in removal from the batch until the full payment is received. The delay in payment does not entitle the student to a refund for missed classes or services.
  7. Refund Processing
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  8. Certification Policy
    • Students who successfully complete the course requirements will be issued a certificate of completion.
